Cancellation and Return Terms

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

Shipping costs, including the product delivery, will be borne by the buyers.

Each product purchased will be delivered to the person or organization at the address provided by the buyer, within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this time, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and with any warranty certificates, user manuals, and similar documents if available.

If the purchased product becomes impossible to sell, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning about it. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay for the product they purchased or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used by unauthorized individuals after the product has been delivered, and the payment for the sold product is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days to the seller, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed of this situation. The buyer can request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, and if payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the cancellation. If payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the funds to the buyer's account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the product or service before accepting it. They should not accept any damaged or defective product, such as those with dents, cracks, torn packaging, etc. from the courier company. If the product is accepted, it will be deemed to be in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must take care to protect the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without legal or criminal responsibility and without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization they designate, provided they notify the seller via the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the product purchased is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. If the service contract is executed with the buyer’s consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period and ensure the product has not been used in accordance with the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" section of this contract.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party (If the product is to be returned by a corporate buyer, the return invoice of the company must also be included. Returns of corporate orders will not be completed unless the "Return Invoice" is provided.)

The return form, the product's box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if applicable, must be returned undamaged and complete.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is obligated to return the total amount and any documents binding the buyer to debt within 10 days from the notification of withdrawal and to take back the product within 20 days.

If the product's value decreases or becomes impossible to return due to the buyer's fault, the buyer is required to compensate the seller for the damages. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or damages caused by proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.

If the return results in the buyer falling below the minimum amount for any campaign, the discount received within the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER WITHDRAWAL:

Products that are made according to the buyer's wishes or clearly personalized, or products that cannot be returned, such as innerwear, swimwear, makeup items, single-use products, goods that may deteriorate quickly or have a risk of passing the expiration date, products whose packaging is opened by the buyer, and products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, products that have been mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated, periodic publications such as newspapers or magazines, goods provided under a subscription agreement, electronic services provided immediately, and intangible goods such as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, and office supplies that have been opened by the buyer cannot be returned under the regulations.

Additionally, services that began before the expiration of the withdrawal period cannot be canceled.

Cosmetic and personal care products, innerwear, swimwear, books, copyable software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and unused for returns.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on the payment via credit card, they agree and undertake to pay interest as per the credit card agreement with the bank and will be responsible towards the bank. In this case, the bank may take legal action and demand any arising costs and attorney's fees from the buyer. In any case of delay in payment, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for the damages caused by the delay in fulfilling the payment.

You can also pay online via credit card through our website and choose from various payment options, including single payments or installment plans. When making an online payment, the amount will be deducted from your credit card after completing the order.
